         Dear NOS Members, Teachers and Senior Colleagues,

Greetings from the Secretary…

NOS is a premier organization known for its academic events and the scientific excellence.

 I am sure with, dynamic and perfectionists team we will scale new academic heights.

For this Year the theme is “ Strengthen the basics & Upgrade to advance”.  we have planned exhaustive scientific programmes throughout the year. Efforts are on to get all the courses– MMC accredited. We are starting annual conference named “Nashikon” which will enlighten on all the orthopaedic super specialties and basics.

   We are also starting public awareness programme for a week around “World Orthopaedic Day” 8th August. We want to learn from our own stalwarts and promote our young fellows. We are also starting our own quarterly journal. We want to promote paper publications & presentations by members We have succeeded in hosting the new website. For smooth functioning all the account transparency is maintained by the team.

    There will be a midsession cultural programme with family get together and participation in sports activities

 Our members directory needs upgrade. We are planning to come out with the new upgraded and informative member’s directory – with the latest contact details and addition of all the new members. We are sending the form along with this Calendar of Events, to be filled by all the members to furnish the recent details and send it back to us .Please spare few moments for filling the latest details. We also want to promote our members to become MOA and IOA members to represent Nashik at bigger level.

 My special thanks to our Patrons & advisory committee, for the support and guidance throughout the year.

I thank all our Office Bearers, Conveners of all courses for their support and guidance in running the Society.
